Over the last few days, I have taken to the online world of Instagram to find get some research on reusable wipes. From the people who took part here is what I found:
- A whopping 77% did not know reusable wipes even existed meaning only 23% of people have heard of them.
- Only 1 out of 47 people use reusable wipes.
- 52% of people would think of trying reusable wipes.
- 48% would not try reusable wipes.

Never forget that you are a brilliant Mother or Father, a loving partner, a fantastic person, you are not alone and post natal depression does not define you as a person or reflect who you are. It is not the end, it will only make you stronger once you feel better, you will be yourself again, you may not think this now, but you will. It can be frightening and scary, there are millions of others out there walking in similar steps to you in silence but this is normal, you need to talk about your feelings.
